The food is definitely made fresh here. The service is great and our waitress was very knowledgeable in all the dishes. Don't be... afraid to ask any questions about the menu. The fries tasted perfect and the seafood dish was amazing. However, the Peruvianfood was either over salted like the fried rice or too bland like the chicken. Stopped in today since we're in the area and I really loved the chicken! So July and flavorful! The tostones with the chicken... are a match made in heaven. My fiancé got the beef tacos ???? and he didn't loveeee them but they got the job done. First time to NC and found this amazing restaurant completely by accident! Lucky for us they were open, but busy. We were seated... promptly by courteous staff. The food and drinks came promptly and our meals were off the charts delicious! The portion sizeswere huge, too! That was yesterday and today we went back with a group of 10 relatives, we enjoyed it so much. Decor is notanything special, but the food and friendly faces more than make up for that. First of all, the staff there was so nice. They were attentive to needs, questions and service. The food was really good but the... fact that the protein (chicken) was so overcooked it made for a very dry, core of the meal. Rice, beans, vegetables were allcooked perfectly (vegetables brilliant with color). The cheese dip and salsa were delicious and spicy. Man, how I wish thatchicken would?ve been edible! My wife?s chicken was the same?my brother in law got the ACP which is covered in cheese dip makinghis meal look to be the most appealing (and least dry). I would?ve easily given this place 5 stars for the great service and allthe other food that was perfect?but the chicken was dry and disgusting. Read more
