To quote my husbands, ?it was f#*@ing awesome!? Heading home from Fife Lake and needed a quick breakfast and this was only a few... minutes off 131. Placed a to-go order in the restaurant (you can also order ahead online): coffee, and two egg/cheese bagelsandwiches, one with sausage links (they were out of patties) and one with ham. The wait was only 10 minutes and the staff wasvery friendly. The coffee was good and they had flavored creamer, which was a nice bonus. The bagel bread was so good, it wastoasted but still soft! Both sandwiches were delicious, but my husband definitely regretted not choosing the ham, it was slicedoff the bone and perfect with the egg and cheese. We were passing through and was recommended to us from Google and this place just seemed right. Food was good, little bland,... but nothing you couldn't add salt and pepper but good for me since I don't add much of either anyway. We had cheese stick forappetizer and they were delicious and nothing like I have ever tried before. I love they server breakfast all day! Cute littlerestaurant and the servers were friendly. Stumbled upon the Cast Iron Kitchen . The place was filled. We were lucky to get a table without a wait. The Patty Melt was... outstanding. Caramelized onions were perfect. Staff was amazing! Place was packed but food came out quickly and was so flavorful. Highly recommend. My toddlers were a little... rambunctious but everyone still made us feel welcome and we didn't feel rushed when the kids got rowdy. We will definitely beback. Read more
Had breakfast there Sunday morning. Very friendly staff, coffee cups are way to small,and the floors need some attention. We sat... at the 1st table by the door. Where the floors meet are very dirty. Needs a good dusting and window done. Will try again in afew months. Read more
