We will be back to Sydney's. The atmosphere was fun, the food was great, and service was fast. I tried the Mantua monster and it... was indeed a monster burger. Not my favorite burger in the street l state but good enough to order again. I want to try manythings on their menu so I guess I will need to go back. Read more

My coworker has been raving about this place for a while and we finally had the opportunity to try it. I had a turkey club... sandwich on sourdough bread. I thought the food was fairly priced and it tasted great. I loved the slightly beer batter stylefries. They could maybe use a bit more seasoning, but if you're a fry sauce person then they'll be fine. The sandwich was somassive I had to save half of it for later. My only complaint would be the country music since I don't like it, but otherwise Iwould highly recommend. Read more

Must?ve been off day here at Sydney?s Place. I?ve always loved the interior decor of the restaurant. Service is a little slow,... which is not a dealbreaker. Their burgers have always been fantastic delectable and juicy. I usually get the pastrami burger, but today I ordered a cowboy burger with onion rings. Their onion rings are always over the top and today they were phenomenal. Now somethings changed as the burger was less than expected. Something about the presentation, size, freshness of the bun ormaybe it was the retro plastic 1970s cafeteria plate it was served on. I think the owner is amazing and has put her life intothis business. I will definitely give this place another chance as I?ve been here a dozen times prior. Give them a chance, maybeit was just an off day for this quaint country style restaurant in the middle of Mantua Utah. Read more

Cute little restaurant with excellent service. The chicken sandwich was juicy. The Reuben had good flavor and plenty of... pastrami. My favorite had to be the lemon custard cake. If you want a low-key place with good tastes, you should try theseguys. I'm going back for the desserts. Read more

We went to Sydney?s tonight for dinner. We made reservations early in the day for 5:30 (I was notified online that they don?t... take reservations unless 7+ people) We arrived and were placed in the outside portion in a small, cramped corner booth. It was96° outside and probably 90° in this room. Our waitress was flustered and made us feel incredibly rushed with ordering. Iordered a club sandwich and salad with ranch. I received the club sandwich and while it may appear to look good, it was soggyand wasn?t very flavorful. My salad was warm and wilted and the ranch tasted more of a watery tarter sauce than actual ranch. The rest of my family ordered bbq brisket and it was mostly burnt ends on a soggy bun, a warm and wilted Cobb salad, and an overcooked chicken cordon blue. My daughter ordered sprite, we tried 2 different times and it had an awful after taste. We tradedfor a root beer and again, still tasted awful. We were there for a birthday celebration after hearing such great things aboutthe restaurant. I?m not sure if it was an off night for them, the blazing heat in that small room we were in or maybe it?s justthe normal. Either way, not sure I?ll be returning. Read more

We've been to Sydney's twice. Both times we were really impressed with the food. It is worth the stop for the food. The service... wasn't bad the first time but they were really busy at dinner time, the second time, our waitress wasn't that great and itwasn't really busy for lunch. If you are okay to not be waited on super well then you will love it here. The atmosphere anddecor are great. I eat low carb and they accommodated that well for me. Read more

We were told about Sydney?s from a work friend and tried it out. I?m not a big fish fan but their fish and chips were really... good! The burger was also awesome. A bit out there as far as location, but great food. We also ordered the mashed potato eggrolls and they were pretty tasty especially if you add a little salt to each bite. Read more
