Every single time I’ve been to this sonic my order has been wrong. Seems like I can order an blast ice cream with extra candy... and when I make it home there’s almost no candy in my ice cream but I was charged for it. They are almost ALWAYS shortstaffed. The lines are wrapped around the building and you are waiting for at least 20-30 minutes. It’s terrible. My familyand I are going to stop shopping here! Read more
All of our limeades were pretty bad, my dad got a regular limeade and it was really bitter. My brother and me got cherry... limeades but they just tasted like watered down limeade no cherry. I don't know if there machine is broken and they don'trealize or if they just didn't care because no one else was there. Read more
This used to be a very good place with good employees . Now there is just a bunch of warm bodies there for a paycheck , most if... not all menu stalls are complete junk and waiting extended periods of time just to place your order if they can hear you withbusted speakers Read more
Driving up you see a couple of broken ordering booths with chairs blocking cars from pulling in those spots. We pulled in one... that was not blocked, but it did not work; the order take could not hear us, but kept trying. We finally pulled out of that slotand went through the drivethrough. We ordered and they did not give us the correct drinks, they switched them out and gave usour food. My husband's food was cold and was edible, but not hot and fresh. My food was less impressive. I ordered a chickenfried steak sandwich and chili cheese tator tots. The tots were good, but the sandwich was horrible. It was also cold and thechicken fried steak was almost beef jerky quality. I order ahead everytime. When we got there today we pulled into 5 stalls until we found one that worked. They need to get cones... to block them or fix them. Once we found one our order was delivered promptly by a very sweet carhop.. Please get this issuefixed. Read more
Ordered 2 large chili cheese fries for my family to share. Guy brought out 2 tat or tots with chili and cheese. When we told him... that's not what we ordered, he insisted that we take the tots because otherwise he would have to make it all over again. He eventold us if we didn't take the tots, we would have to wait for them to be cooked. We asked him why we should take food that wedidn't order. He got very agitated and kept telling us to just take what he brought. When we told him we were ok with waitingand to please bring what we ordered, left with the tots. A lite bit later he came out with the Fries and a death stare if I hadever seen one. I accepted the chili cheese fries and thanked him for the order, he didn't even acknowledge me and pretended likeI was not there and walked off. Only giving this place 2 stars because he DID manage to walk the food out to our vehicle. Thisplace is known for bad service and is complained about repeatedly on local social media. We will make it a point to drivefurther away to a better location when ordering from Sonic. Read more
A man answered the phone didn't even say thank you for choosing Sonic any of that, I proceeded to tell him that I wanted to... place a phone in order and he probably put me on hold when he came back he informed me that he has never placed a phone in orderbefore because people use the app. I told him where we live we don't have that option he continued to have an attitude and askedme what I wanted and I told him I wanted a burger deal. He informed me that they have four different burgers and a burger dealwas not one of them I had to explain to him that I just wanted a burger with ketchup mustard and pickles and for the side Iwanted broccoli cheddar tots he informed me that they do not have broccoli cheddar tots they have broccoli cheddar bites andcontinue to have an attitude I then told him what I wanted to drink and that my husband was on his way to pick I put my order.He just hung up the phone he did not repeat my order he did not say thank you he did not give me a total. He was the absoluterudest an inexperienced person that I have ever heard answer the telephone.
