The workers here always seem annoyed when I ask questions. I don't frequent DD often (usual one or two times a year) so I forget... things and ask questions. So I?ve been here a few times, ordered pick up from the store and drive thru?s as well. I?m quite surprised with the fact that... CONSISTENTLY the food there, and their customer service of the staff in the mornings is below PAR. Went today again for pickingup my food, and since there?s no label on the TOGO food bags as always, I was asking one of the staff members to assist me andadvised them to label their pick up orders so that it will be easy for customer to pick up their food during rush times. All theother Dunkin?s do this btw. The response I get here is probably you have to look through the food. I mean forget about theintent to provide a good service to the customer, think about how hygienic it is to go through the food there in the pick uparea. Don't bother going here! Go down the road to Hillsborough, Somerville or Finderne. This was supposed to be a pumpkin cold brew... with the cold foam. Instead it's a water down coffee, no foam. Haven't tried the donut yet. The manager said hi and I walked in.The 2 young ladies, one on her phone looking directly at the counter not helping. I get if you have a text real quick, but atleast say I'll be with you in a second. Just went through 5 minutes ago, the girls working there rn must have something personal going on or terrible short term memory.... They messed up simple iced decaf coffee (my husbands) they put one sugar instead of 4 so the medium coffee is bitter and gross:/ my husband specifically asked for whipped cream for my iced latte, it showed up on the screen and everything and I had togive it back and ask for it again at the window. Ridiculous that we pay 4-5$ for coffee and can?t even have it made decently.Didn?t even have a bunch of customers either so literally no reason why our order should?ve been messed up. Read more
New location, same old issues. Slow service, always forget something that was ordered and since the move they only cater to... drive trough. Don't bother to actually go inside to order. You just have to wait till the drive trough orders are done. Afterposting my review just now I read some more they're all negative and I have to agree with every one of them. There is one reviewthat says staff is underpaid and overworked don't be so harsh with them. But that's the way it is at every dunkin' Donuts andthe rudeness and unprofessionalism that's in this store does not happen anywhere else. The owners of this store probably justdon't care. This is an update, three months after my original review I went back there for another order to see if anythingchanged. I?ve gone in there on multiple occasions and multiple shifts and have never experienced pleasant staff. I?ve had multiple orders... made wrong in front of me and when I?ve said something I was told I was wrong. No hellos no goodbyes. I went in today and askedfor coconut milk (I have a dairy allergy) saw the lady put in creamer but she insisted it wasn?t. Went to work took 2 sips andnow I?m sick it was definitely creamer. I called and spoke to the manager and they all lied to me and for each other. Thank godI just get an upset stomach and not swelling of the throat or anything more serious. When ever I go to this place the staff acts like they don't want to be here.When you walk in they don't greet you and don't say... thank you neither. I go mostly in the evening,the place always looks empty. I do hope they survive. Maybe they should havestayed in a busier part of town, like where they were. Good luck Read more
