Noone speaks English and The boy at the drive up register had the nerve to call me racist because I spoke to him in Spanish. I... am of Spanish decent. They are ignorant here. This McDonald?s and all of the other ones across the nation are a joke they never have what they advertise to have ever .I go to... multiple McDonald?s multiple times and always cannot get what I want today in case adult happy meals. My pool pump looking forsomething from frappe?s to adult happy meals every time I pull up we?re all out of that or we don?t have it or the machine isbroken unacceptable for you fast food to ever be like this. No I do not like this particular McDonald's this would have Manville they have the two kiosks in there and nobody doesn't help... you the lady at the counter was very nasty with everybody and forces you to use the kiosk if you don't want to use the kiosk andyou want to use a register they force you to use the kiosk and tell you to registers are not open which is wrong you got totrade your people better and have to be more polite with customers. Need to hire people that speak & understand English. Often times at the drive thru there's a problem with the employees taking... our order. They are not understanding what we are clearly saying we'd like to order. It's an inconvenience for us & highlyannoying. We don't need to know that there is sugar in flavored iced coffee from the employees, we didn't ask & we already knowthis. We're not trying to make conversations with you. I dont frequently get McDonalds, but today was a disaster. I ordered a meal and they upgraded the size to large because I ... couldn't understand what they were asking. I paid and went to the window and was handed a large soda.. check receipt...ok,whatever, right... then handed a bag with no fries... Kid at the window asks for receipt and says nuggets- your good... I toldhim i was charged for a meal and didn't get fries... he walks away and hands me the bag, apologizing. I park... fries are sizemedium, nuggets are definitely overcooked. DONT think my drink was diet... very dissatisfied ! Read more
