Ordered through app for pick up, and clearly they have no idea what they are doing, in the app it is mentioned to go thru drive... thru lane and say it?s an online order, but staff are like why are you in the drive thru if it?s a pick up order! Because that?swhat is mentioned in the app, then went to pick up the order through the main door; when checked the order they missed thesandwich and asked for it, have to wait 10 more minutes to get it. They miss out sauces, and the taste of sandwich, butterflyshrimp, and signature chicken is very average. It?s better to opt for Chic Fil A. This is my first and last order at Popeyes. Read more
