We drove to many location 2:00 pm on July 2nd ? Horrible service. The girl taking our order and handing our food to us is... rude!! She needs to find another job! If she can?t be nicer at fast food place! Also the food was nasty the bread tasted likeit was old it was also hard! We at our camp in Toledo bend . Awful- everytime the food is cold, cheese not even melted. You always have to pull to the front door they NEVER give food... through the window. The workers are so rude. Read more
I said no ketchup a little late, for the second time. I heard the girl say that I should have said when I ordered, that it was... too late. So I had a burger with some ketchup on it. I ordered an impossible burger and a regular burger. They weren't marked.I had ordered the impossible burger and chicken sandwich to go. We eat here a few times a week because my child likes their burgers. If it wouldn?t be for him then we wouldn?t be eating here... that often. We all get the same thing every time when we do choose this BK. Whether or not we get the correct order is a wholeother story. The lobby is usually clean as well as the bathrooms. Drive through gets backed up easily and they often pullmultiple cars around to the front. That said, for this area, it is the normal. Read more
Burgers had very little lettuce and none on the other. Very soggy mayonnaise burger.
