Never going to this McDonald's again. I thought I would give it one more try but it was worse than my last visit. I used mobile... app to place order. Big mistake. I had to wait in line for 45 minutes to get my order. There were at least 10 cars behind me and5 in front of me. When I got to the window the lady asked me for my receipt, I looked at her like mam, you have no one at thefirst window besides I placed my order on the app. My order should have been done. When i got my order I didnt have my sauce iasked for and no ketsup so i had to go inside to get it and this is why i rated them a 10. I noticed one person at the fronthelping customer and taking orders. Im gussing they were down some staff. Customer service was great but the wait was way tolong. Read more

On September 30, 2022 at 11:50am, went inside to order and dine inside and was never acknowledged, never waited on. Only one in... line, but the employee was visiting with 3 other people. Back in the day the fries were my favorite part of the whole meal. Now the vegans have taken over and ruined everything. If you... want your own vegan meal than get your own vegan meal but leave my childhood alone. #Ihatevegans And I'm not blaming the entiredownfall of McDonald's on the vegans, it was never good and it will never be good. Most of the time fast food locations are pretty much the same. But this location was different. It took us almost 20 minutes to... get our order. I think our order was done much sooner as the fries were only luke warm. It was not super busy. We were there atabout 3:30. They literally SUCK! I have never been somewhere other than sonic that sucks this bad. Rude employees. Obviously no management... and if there is?they have never been trained. I?ve seen them make food with their bare hands and no gloves. I can?t explain toy?all how pitiful this place is. Read more
