Ordered pizza and wings last night, food was delicious and 5 star for driver, he was polite, when I asked him why you knocked on... door and not using door bell ring, he replied with smile said some times kids sleeping in house and he didn?t want to disturbthem by using door bell ring. This is my first and last time I will ever order from 241 pizza. I called to ask if they can provide me with a rough delivery... time, as it has been over an hour for the pizza to arrive. The person on the phone told me he doesn?t know, and I told him itwas over and hour of waiting, and asked if he can ask the driver. He rudely started raising his voice telling me he doesn?t knowand that I?m wasting his time. He kept asking if I want to just cancel the order, however i simply wanted a delivery update. Hewas rude, he started yelling that he?s busy with a customer, and didn?t care at all that I was waiting for an hour. Never in mylife have I experience such disgusting customer service. Didn't realize delivery option was available from this location. Always been a fan of the chain. The delivery was very quick;... got it in under 25 minutes. While the pizzas were good, there was a slight mix-up on cooking preference. No biggie as I willcontinue to buy. Read more
