Nice drinks. Slow service. Watch the total - we had an obvious error (348.44 instead of $40), but never hurts to watch out :)
They were very unfriendly, and they were not willing to customize my order. I asked for no Ice, she refused saying they can only... do less ice. I asked for 30% sugar, she said they can only do 50% or 100% sugar. Very disappointed. Iv been to many Cha timesall over the world never experienced that kinda service before. This place is very very slow. I've never waited so long for bubble tea at Chatime before and I've been to many Chatimes. I... ordered one drink and had to wait 15 minutes for it and it wasn't even busy. I will be visit the upper Yonge one nexttime. There's a reason for so many negative reviews. Read more
The quality of drinks here are excellent, lots of choices and the monthly special is always great.
This location is the bomb. I went there for the 10th anniversary BOGO promotion, and their service was super fast. The brown... sugar series was amazing - the tapioca was suuuuper chewy. Even the grass jelly tasted good at this location (this topping isusually a hit or miss at other Chatimes). Will come back again!! (Edit: Came back again & it was still good! I'd recommendordering pickup online as the place was PACKED. A sign that summer is near!) Read more
The drinks at the location are fine and the workers are friendly just the service is so slow. Only two people ahead of me but it... took me over 20 minutes to get one drink. I dont come too often to this location because the service is so slow compared toother locations but every time I come it seems that they are training someone new. I feel like they need to have a moreefficient system of taking orders and making drinks. And yes I know they get online orders as well but every other location doesas well but their service is 3 times faster with the same amount of staff. Read more
A super spacious Chatime located in Maple. There?s a good amount of seating and it?s comfortable to hang out after ordering... drinks. Just your typical bubble tea/boba shop, a variety of drinks which you can adjust sugar and ice levels. There aresometimes treats like macaroons you can purchase too. Read more
The place was clean and tidy. I had no issues with the service. It was at most a 5 min wait for 3 drinks.
