I?ve been shopping at Natures Emporium on Major Mackenzie in Maple since it opened! The quality of their produce and meat is... quite good. A special thanks to Sefi who is always there to answer questions, extremely professional, and polite. He was likethat even before they made a manager. He?s the one guy I see running from one end of that place to the other making sureeverything runs as it should. Thanks Sefi for all your hard work. Definitely recommend this place. Read more
They look bigger inside than they look outside. Their service is great. Lost a point due to major price difference when compared... to other ORGANIC/healthy specialized stores. I.e. An organic chocolate bar that we buy from Organic Garage for 5.99 (3 days ago)was priced 7.49 here. ???? These are already premium prices... Shouldn't need to charge that much more. Great experience. I was there a few days ago. A lady named Natasha from the supplement department was vey helpful and friendly.... Natasha really took the time to explain the specific supplement that she recommended and turned out that she was 100% right withher recommendation. Love the store - great organic selection. But I?d say this is my least favourite location. I just don?t feel welcome here as... much as at new market or west Vaughan location; I understand that the cashiers and other employees are having hard time nowbut,,, I?d rather drive extra 20 min to another location just so I can avoid such poor attitude - it really ruins my day. Newmarket location has wonderful staff and great attitude towards its customers! I?ll make sure to go there as much as I can untilthis location staff?s attitude changes for the better. Thank you. A treat to visit every time. Everything under the sun that you could want for a healthy lifestyle and home options. One stop for... all my needs. A special place of fresh organic fruits and vegetables, fish, meats and dry goods along with cleaning items,toiletries and makeup plus vitamins...and so much more for the entire family up to and including diapers. Prices are fair andreasonable. Always well stocked. Many brands to choose from. Deli, juice bar and hot meals and more importantly, they havestaff who are helpful and friendly. Food variety is pretty reasonable for a local health food store. Prices can be pretty high for some brands, but you can get good... deals if you look around. I got a delicious oatmeal cranberry cookie as well as a daiya new york cheezecake. However, theVeganEgg was 10.99 for 12 servings which is somewhat upsetting. Staff were helpful and friendly. The ladies in the supplement in section are incredibly rude. I have been here several times and it seems that customers are... nuisance when they ask any questions specific to vitamins/supplements. Management here is wonderful oh my goodness perhaps arefresher course in customer service would be beneficial to the staff in supplements. Read more
