The most dishonest service I have ever experienced. I placed an order that was suppose to arrive at 9:26pm according to their... suggested time at around 9:35pm I contacted pizza nova who said the driver leafy 16 minutes ago. We live not even 10 minutesaway from the location. I was advised if it did not arrive in a few more minutes to call back - I called back at 9:40pm to tellthem the driver still had not arrived - they offered a 50% discount to the order and the driver would be advised. The driverarrived and went to charge me the full cost and I refused and called the number so they could notify the driver of the agreeddiscount - after he questions why and if I had a code - he did not want me to call the switchboard and he said ok so you are topay 18.00 (this was suppose to include tax I later found out and the message went to the driver by phone, which he did not checkat any point)?..he decided to charge me $22.00 suggesting this was including tax - I had a starving child and didn?t think tomuch of it - even tipped the driver - when I finally sat down and did the math - I realized that the taxes would not have beenthat much - it would have been $20.38. This driver ripped me off - taking advantage of the fact that I was trusting him afterhe told me to get off the phone with the switchboard and I thought it was weird that he didn?t do the math to make sure he wascharging me correctly - I called the switchboard to tell them about what happened - that this driver did not follow protocol andthat he robbed me, not only of the discount I deserved, but so much more. Out of principal I recommend that you do not choosethis pizza Nova. It is one of the most dishonest service I have ever experienced and I will never use this location ever again! Read more

Ordered pizza for delivery. 2 pizzas for 41 bucks. I gave a 50 dollar bill. I asked for 3 bucks back. He said he only had a... dollar. Im like this delivery guy doesn't bring change? Or is it he is just taking advantage.. everyone. Be careful with thesedelivery guys. They are very greedy . Read more
