with the changes in management and staff, the pizzas started tasting different. They are more chewy and melty and with some more... tomato paste plus they don't shy away from the cheese. No other pizza around the area is even close as good and I have gottenaround. Read more

I normally order from this location all the time? I usually love how the pizza is made and how fresh it is.. unfortunately... tonight that wasn?t the case. I ordered my pizza, called back 15 minutes later to change it to thin crust, well done. The CSRrep on the phone made a huge deal about it saying it was ?too late? to remake the pizza and that the workers would be upset ifthey had to make it again. The person on the phone was also extremely rude, arrogant and barely let me speak. It?s customerservice/ restaurant. It?s bound to happen? I received my new pizza and it was disgusting, cold, and not thin crust or well done.Garbage. Not impressed at all considering I order from this specific location regularly. Read more

Hands down the worst pizzaville location ever. Today I went to this location for two fried panzo's. I opened the Box at the... location. And I was absolutely disgusted. I didn't have time to wait to for two new panzo's. Barely any cheese,super hard outtershell, the folding was opening. Completely not edible. They shouldn't have even boxed the panzo's to provide to customers. Read more
I had the best pizza of my life in GTA. Since then I have visited this place numerous times and my opinion about their pizzas... has still not changed. Last but not least, Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always keptclean. Read more
0/5 I've been ordering from this location for years and for the past couple months they have been consistently bad. I just... ordered a party pizza and the the full pizza was stuck to the cardboard box. The dough was undercooked, chewy, flimsy, and alittle wet. Some slices were half an inch thick and others were paper thin. After prying off another inedible slice and findinga dried skin peel of a green pepper embedded in the pizza (???) I called customer service to get store credit or areplacement. I get the 2nd pizza and it was worse than the first one. Half the slices were a half inch thickness, and the otherhalf were paper thin and sopping wet. Those slices were completely saturated with juice and small puddles of water were formingon top of the cheese. When you pick up the waterlogged slices, the cheese and toppings easily slide off. Half the pizza wassoaked, chewy, and inedible, even parts of the pizza box soaked through underneath. And there was ANOTHER dried green pepperskin peel in the replacement pizza! Read more
