I've had bad experiences with other pizza places as of late, and I was going to give up on ordering all together. I gave these... guys a call and wow... The professionalism alone had me sold, then I tasted the pizza and I am addicted. I mean it when I saythis location treats each customer as if they're family, and puts their heart and soul into their pizza and any other productyou will buy, this will become your #1 location. Today worst experience I phoned in an order at least an hour in advance. Not only was it not ready but my panzerotti broke and... they didn't even have decency to tell me that it was going to be delayed. The store staff very rude. Also one staff kept wipinghis nose on his sleeve and didn't wash his hands. They knew I was on a time constraint. They were going to remake it but I wasrunning late. He didn't care. When he remade it I took it back to my work. Not only was it not cooked properly but was ice cold. I told him I would report to head office about not being ready he said go ahead. I will never step foot in this location andthey lost our businesses business. Was very disappointed in the servi ce and store. Won't be back here. Ordered two large party size meat lovers pizza. I?ve ordered from PizzaVille prior to this new location. The pizzas were not... only perfectly cooked but had more meat then usual. Definitely will be ordering from here from now on. Welcome to theneighborhood. Read more
