Worst service I ever experienced. Food was cold and wrong order was delivered. Staff was rude while taking the order.
Food is cold, mix up of food order as well. Potatoe veggies were cold. Asked for assorted Tim bits no plain, but they gave us... only plain Tim bits. Very ride when taking the order. Extremely unsatisfied with the service. Read more
This morning at 5am we stopped to get fuel. I ran in for coffee and bagels. Bagels were great but both cups of coffee were... honestly the worst I?ve had and the same remarks from my friend. Not sure what the issue was, but it had a terrible taste. Bitter water with sugar and cream. I don?t like to complain but these coffees deserve this one star review. Read more
Be nice if they let coffee complete before using urn. So many cups of not been able to taste coffee but more like a cup of hot... creamer. Wish Tim?s could go back to glass pot brews. Read more

Every time I have gone through the drive through they have made my order wrong (at least one portion of the order, but often... multiple). For example, requested a maple dip donut and staff asked if I wanted a chocolate croissant instead. I said no, butthey gave me one anyway. Additionally bagels are barely toasted even when you ask for double toasted. I have received coffeeinstead of tea multiple times. I have given up on this drive-thru. I recommend just going inside and getting your order. Read more
Literally every single time I come here my order is wrong. Last time I ordered the steak and egg. O got bacon and egg. This time... I ordered large coffees and got charged for extra large and I specifically said I do not want an extra large 3 times. Worst TimHortons I have ever been too. If I could give 0 stars I would. Read more
Very pleasant has the whole area to myself
