The fisrt thing i am checking in a Tim is the cleanness of the washroom. I found it in well condition. The soap tank was full,... the toilet in general was clean. I went inside and got soup and other stuff. When I got my soup I informed the lady there was no bread in the bag. She lets me... know that I never informed her I wanted bread and if I did it would need to be at extra cost. I told her I got soup the otherday and was not charged as the bread always comes with the soup. Anyway we went back and fourth and eventually just paid for thebread. I accidentally ordered my coffee from another location and didn't have time to go get it. I was going to pay for my coffee at... this location but the staff saw that I was a little upset and offered me my coffee for free. Got food from here many times. Recently all my orders have been wrong. I uses the drive thru as it was raining and both of the... orders were wrong. Had to get soaked twice to fix them. Saving grace is that they have good timbits. Read more
I live around this neighborhood so this is the closest Tim's to me. Terrible experiences - they take super long to give you your... order, especially if through the Drive Thru. There's an individual who does the serving there, likely identifies himself as aSikh (not that I have anything against that). Got unsealed iced caps on 2 separate occasions now that spilled all over our car.When I went back to ask for a new one, he would start arguing saying it was fine, when there's clear spillage. Avoid this Tim'sat all costs - there's one down the street by Wal-Mart with way more friendlier staff. Read more
