No sign outside on where to pick up your now online order. you have to order online and then walk in, watch them make your food... and leave. So we walked in to get our pick up order and no sign saying what door to go to but then have both doors locked. Wethen see we have to walk through the patio door and see everyone sitting in their phone. Great work. Read more

Is saddens me to leave this review. This Chipotle has been my go to for the past 2 years, and I've found that recently the... quality of food has declined. On a recent visit, I did a mobile pick up and my burrito bowl was full of excess liquid from thesalsa to the point in which I could barely consume. My guacamole was barely smashed as it contained a quarter of an avocado. Inaddition, the week night line was chaotic with no order or structure. I'm hopeful that management will take note of the recentlow reviews from other visitors and help with making a much needed change at this popular location. Read more

Very Disappointed food cold. Not a place I will come 2 again!!! VERY over Priced for cold Food that should Be Hot. My son got... the steak burrito ???? He said it didn't taste rt and didn't eat much of it. I end up feeding it 2 the chickens ???? I do notrecommend this place at all. Not a clean place 2 order food from!!! My money was wasted here. A friend and I ate here on 10/8/22, before attending a concert. Plenty of people making the food, but the restaurant was... unkempt. Every single table had pieces of trash or left over food on it. We both ended up getting sick from our food, whichreally put a damper on our concert experience. We will be taking a break from chipotle for a while, and definitely won't behaving it before a concert ever again. Read more
