No sign outside on where to pick up your now online order. you have to order online and then walk in, watch them make your food... and leave. So we walked in to get our pick up order and no sign saying what door to go to but then have both doors locked. Is saddens me to leave this review. This Chipotle has been my go to for the past 2 years, and I've found that recently the... quality of food has declined. On a recent visit, I did a mobile pick up and my burrito bowl was full of excess liquid from thesalsa to the point in which I could barely consume. My guacamole was barely smashed as it contained a quarter of an avocado. Inaddition, the week night line was chaotic with no order or structure. I'm hopeful that management will take note of the recentlow reviews from other visitors and help with making a much needed change at this popular location. Read more

A friend and I ate here on 10/8/22, before attending a concert. Plenty of people making the food, but the restaurant was... unkempt. Every single table had pieces of trash or left over food on it. We both ended up getting sick from our food, whichreally put a damper on our concert experience. We will be taking a break from chipotle for a while, and definitely won't behaving it before a concert ever again. Read more

After a long day with more errands to run and no personal time to myself let alone eat I was told by staff when I inquired that... the lobby was closed and that I couldn?t eat there but maybe if there were patio chairs outside I could. How lame is it that? Ipay a restaurant tax but the blunt verbal policy is that I can?t eat what I just bought inside. I told them I would be quick butalas no, I wasn?t allowed to eat at the place I chose to spend my money. Is where we are as a society that business are openyet no one is welcome? Thought this location might be better but it?s not. It?s Equal to Hopkins and Shady Oak Minnetonka location. Tables uncleaned,... fountain drinks out of order and some with no syrup left. Food storage table looks unkempt. Who wants to eat at a messyunkempt place where even the employees seem to hate being there. Where are the managers or owners who could use their leadership roles to make these places more desirable to eat at? Owners could be cleaning tables.
