Absolutely horrible! Burger was thrown together and cold so was chicken sandwich! Onion rings and fries super cold. The drive... thru is the worst with no way out! While waiting you could see the employees through the window talking v/s getting hot freshfood out to people choosing to spend money here! Don?t want to go back into the extra long, slow line to get your much neededrefund. T am hey should not be allowed to give this away! I?m planning to call to speak to someone in their corporate office. Iso disappointed!! Freddy?s owe me $22 Read more

This is a relatively new chain to this area, which already has Five Guys, Smashburger, Wahlburgers, and many local options in... the fast/casual burger space. I visited the location in hyper-competitive Maple Grove, on a Wednesday afternoon. The restaurantis brightly lit (and painted) with lots of windows and a high ceiling, giving it a nice open, airy feeling. Ordered theCalifornia-style double steakburger meal, which comes with shoestring fries and a drink for a little under $10. The burger waspretty darned tasty - not too shabby for chain food. I found the fries to be too thin - eating them was kind of a fussyaffair. Overall, I liked Freddy?s. I?d put it #2, behind Culver?s, which has more options, better fries (IMO), and fasterservice. Drive thru is SLOW. Only two cars in front of me but took over 20 minutes. My burger was doused with mustard. Fries were cold.... They need to have cars pulled up if they?re still waiting on their order, so people get their food hot and fresh. Read more

First time dining in at this location. We ordered our food and has asked for a double plain. When our number was called and I... brought the food back to the table, I notice that one of the burgers was not plain like I had requested . I brought it back tothe counter and showed the the receipt stating that it needed to be plain. The girl behind the counter took the tray did not sayanything. She basically took it behind the kitchen and removed the onions, pickles and mustard and instantly within secondsbrought it to my table. I asked her if she could please redo the burger as I could not eat onions and dislike pickles andmustard and once again she did not say one word and annoyingly took the tray. Not a pleasant experience at all. Read more

In my opinion Freddy's has the best California style steak burgers available here in Minnesota. They are the closest thing to an... In-n-Out style burger that you will be able to find in the Midwest. So juicy and fresh it just melts in your mouth. There are afew locations around; my first time being at this particular one i noticed it was a little untidy. The dining area was lookingreally rough with unclean tables and food on the floor. This is just a minor detail and didn't affect the quality of the food atall. Read more

They have reopened their full dine in. Their burgers are California style. We had the double bacon cheeseburger with onion... rings. We also had the brownie delight custard sundae. Jalapeno burger with fries. All wonderfully done. The only criticism isthe double burger seemed a bit salty. But the fresh ingredients and wonderful bun all were great. The shoestring fries aregreat and salted perfectly. The onion rings were done right and had a good taste. This place is very similar to Culver's, butI'd argue better burgers and fries. A great spot!
