Great location, respectful staff, store variety! Keep up the good work Holiday staff/management!
The only Holiday gas station, that wont allow you to scan "MyCub" rewards in order to use and redeem your points for gas and in... store purchases. Night crew is also clueless and unhelpful. The fact that they made every pump prepaid only makes it morecomplicated and a waste of time. Wont be going back here again until Management at this store responds and makes an effort togets their priorities and insecurity issues straightened out. Read more
This is the last time I will use this Holiday gas station. I've been a long time paying customer and after today I have no more... words. During the day there is no prepay and it is what I prefer. The last time I had to prepay and lost my Cub rewards afterpunching my number in. The attendant at that time decided to make me come in. On top of it all I used my card to pay and theexcess money I put down took a week to return to the card. I called to find out what happened and got rudeness. Today was thetopper. I went to.put gas in my vehicle. Pump said to go inside and prepay. I went in to prepay and asked attendant if it wasnow 24/7 prepay. I got yelled at and I'm telling its not prepay as the other rude attendant said he did that because he couldn'tsee my vehicle license plates because two other cars were in the way. We have drive offs. There was no vehicles in the view atthe time and to my knowledge im a paying customer.I was told to go out and put gas in my car.. I came back in to be calledentitled and told to shut up when I paid. I asked for the manager and was told your dealing with me. Bottom line is I'm a payingcustomer and should've never have been treated with the disrespect that I was. And just to further add to the story no not allgas stations are prepay.........just Holiday and gas stations in bad areas. Maple Grove is not a bad area.. Im sure the gasstation down the road will respect me as a loyal customer as this station sure didn't. Read more

I had a bad experience here today. Went for a car wash and to get some hot dogs for lunch. The hot dogs were very burnt to the... point where they weren?t even edible. I mentioned it to the lady working the rollers and she replied ?nice?. I thought that wasvery rude and careless.. On top of this the car wash was closed so I couldn?t get my truck washed. I wiped down my windshieldoutside and there were no paper towels and hardly any liquid in the dispensers. Disappointing. I just feel like this Holiday isvery careless and doesn?t operate well compared to others. I have had similar experiences here before, but after today I had tomention my concerns. Read more
The guy washing cars today (Saturday 15 Jan @3 PM) has figured out how to do as little as possible. By taking his time... pre-washing the cars, less cars = less work. He seems to be minimizing his efforts while letting the line get backed up so atthe same time, less customers. Read more
I understand being short staffed and not being able to be open all night. But when you post hours on your door and your... employees close down at least 10 minutes before that time that's a little ridiculous. Pulled in the parking lot at 10 minutesto 9 PM on the 28th of OCT and everything was already dark with no employees in sight. So they obviously had closed considerablyearlier than the posted time. I've been a huge supporter of Holiday throughout the years but this has changed that for sure. Idefinitely will never stop at this location again!! Read more
