We have done a pick up twice from the Maple Grove location. Each time I have tipped. Each time they have forgotten parts of our... order, and have forgotten our sauces & sides. There is also confusion over where we are parked when we are sitting in the hotfood pickup line. I don't think we will try again. Read more

Tonight my husband and I went to get a salad from the salad bar and a piece of chicken from the Market Express, Maple Grove MN... HyVee! Horrible! I worked for many years in the grocery business as a cashier and front end manager! The customer service thatI received tonight was horrible. There were several people standing around talking to each other, several people looked at usand turned around. A lady asked my husband if she could help him and he pointed to me and said help her first. She turned aroundand walked away! I was livid by this time! We were the only customers in line! I get it if you have certain people who canhandle food and some who are cooking, but really! This is not the first this happened to us, we were ordering a pizza and thetwo people who were manning the oven looked at us like we were bothering them. I walked away from that incident being prettyuptight, but thought I would give it another chance! Well tonight was the last time I will visit the Market Express! I proceededto watch a man try to get his food which was chicken and it took him 20 mins to get it and then had to bag his own takeout! Itwas kind of crazy! Hope you can rectify this problem! This location is a Market Grille Express so the only full service is at the bar. Happy hour is 4-6 and all day Monday featuring... half price drinks. They've got a great selection of beers on tap, the bar manager is very friendly and knowledgeable. Read more
Food was great, but had to wait for staff (the only one working the bar area) on a couple different occasions to place orders.... Staff was friendly and apologetic. As the area grows and more people choose to dine here, extra staff will make this an over thetop experience. Read more
