I have been ordering Jimmy John sandwiches from the Maple Grove Minnesota location. I have so many wonderful things that I... could share with this location and how much I love their tiny little size sandwiches. They sometimes call me if they are outof sweet tea, or calling to say that their store was closed for the rest of the day. They are always polite to me. The driversare awesome and delivery is never late. They ring the bell and always wearing a smile while telling me to enjoy my dinner. Ifeel like they are part of my family. Keep up the good work!!!! I write because I have an operations suggestion based on my experience last night. First, this is a great Jimmy John's. ... Friendly and helpful staff, very fresh food and speedy delivery. However, last evening my order took 45 minutes to arrive. Nobig deal. Before it arrived I called the store and was told my order was delayed due to high volume. That happens. The foodwas still great, the young woman was apologetic and I will continue doing business with and recommending them. A call from themto the phone number the online system required letting me know my order was delayed and not lost would have been appreciated. Read more
