Today it was NOT a five starts experience. As a Saturday evening it was not so busy but our order was not complete. We just... stopped for a Happy meal and a couple of drinks. It feels like staff was not in sync and a lot was going on in the back. Weordered inside at the kiosk and that went well. Order took longer than usual and chicken nuggets the happy meal was missing thewater bottle and the French fries. Better next time, I guess. Read more
Drive thru is a S show! The person working one lane is 3 times faster than the other lane. So half the customers get screwed... while other customers cruise past everyone else. Get someone who can handle it at the same speed or close the lane. I had torepeat my code 4 times until the person who clearly couldn?t understand English very well got it. The person at the window didnot even know the name of the manager. Chick Fil A service is 1 million times better. Read more
Newly remodeled! And not just appearance has changed. I hadn't been in this location for awhile, didn't even realized they'd... closed for remodeling. So when I walked in, I was a bit taken aback. COMPLETE interior remodel! And they accounted for socialdistancing in the layout, adequate space between tables, and included very attractive dividers. It's bright and cheery! Andsuper clean, and it looks like they make an effort to keep it that way between guests. Instead of the standard all-alike tables,they now have booths alongside the windows -- they have a comfy sofa with a table -- they have regular height tables -- theyhave a high table with high chairs. It's not just a place to grab a burger, but you can sit and enjoy your food/coffee with alaptop or a book, in comfort. And of course there is WiFi The ordering counter has changed, and they now have self-servicekiosks that are easy to use. The employees were dressed in white shirts and ties, and every one I talked to had a customer-firstattitude and was super pleasant. The orders were brought out to the tables, rather than having to carry your own tray, and themanager was out refilling coffee! If you haven't been there lately, it's worth a visit! Read more
