I really can?t stand this Mc Donald?s location. The employees always have an attitude and my order is always wrong. I always try... to be a cheerful customer but that gets you no where here. I was at the drive through ordering for my family and the guy on thespeaker told me they were out of Sprite. So I asked if they had any other non-caffeinated soda. The guy had the nerve tobelittle me twice on the speaker and at the window that all soda has caffeine in it. Like what the??? What do I even say tothat??? We went through the drive through here and it was really quick. The person who took our order seemed kinda rude/sad... though. This location was also missing a couple of items we wanted from their menu. Also, I ordered an oatmeal and normally itcomes with a pack of raisins and a pack of apples, but today it came with two packs of apples (I didn?t mind though). Read more
I was with the boys and we were feeling McDonald?s we pull up to the thingy he didn?t talk for at least 1 min and I was like... excuse me sir are u there? Being as nice as I could and he didn?t pick up so we drove up to the window he said we were harassinghim and being mean to him and saying we were yelling at him and I know it might sound like teenage guys would do that but wedidn?t do that we were as nice as possible to this guy and he refused service to me and 2 other guys always is in a blackuniform and always works the night shifts and has greasy hair. Tried to order shakes and was told done making shakes, tried a Frappuccino and told the same. Finally picked iced coffee with... Carmel flavor and was able to order. Added on a ice creme cone, large sprite and a Mc double only ketchup and pickles. Gothome, little to none Carmel flavor and Mc double was only a single hamburger with no cheese and did have ketchup and pickles. Iunderstand mistakes happen and would just like to have my order replaced. I called over and over to talk with a employee aboutit and only got the machine after several rings. Edit: Ate here again on 11/26/21 and the young people working were swearing up a storm. I was here with my young daughter. They... have no common sense or common decency. Whoever is cooking the food today needs a refresher course on how to prepare the food.Piss poor quality. This McDonald?s is always hit or miss. You?d think someone would have higher standards. Very very slow. Wentinside to eat and waited at least 15 minutes for a big breakfast and 2 burritos. I was ignored a couple times. Their main focuswas drive through. All of those people are waiting to be helped. No one seems to care about the people in store. Verydisappointed with the service they provided today. Or lack of service. 2nd time in a row this McDonald?s has failed to providegood service. Can?t understand what anyone is saying. Everyone speaks Spanish.
