Staff goes from mopping the floors to packaging up my meal with his wet mop hands. Then hands me my bag of food that?s now wet.... I ask him if that was my order and he just stares at me without saying a word like he was brain dead. Then when I ask him why hewould touch my food with his wet mop hands. Says ?I didn?t touch your food? he thinks since he didn?t actually touch the bunthen it?s ok but he put him the bag which again was all wet. Disgusting just close. Read more
Half my order was missing and whatever they packed was cold and probably days old I tossed it into the trash. Don't eat here... they need to be closed down I have reported this place to the state and I advise you to do the same if you had the sameexperience. Read more

AVOID THIS PLACE! I thought I was among the few to experience this horrible treatment by the staff. The chicken sandwich that I... ordered requested to be made fresh, despite that they were overcooked and were not made fresh. They probably forgot to take itout from the fryer on time. The manager is a disgrace to this location. A new manager is required to save the location. When Itold her the chicken was overcooked and cold, she put her hand in the chicken and said where? Never eating here again. We went inside to eat and every single table was dirty. The whole place was very unsanitary with the... floors soaking wet looking like a flood, with an awful odor. We asked for multiple condiments and were not given any. When wewent back up to the front to ask them a second time for condiments we waited 5min. for an employee to approach us. Management is lacking knowledge of how to zone their employees. During lunch hour there was only one person in back booth when... in fact having one person taking money in one person taking orders during a lunch rush is essential to achieve high efficiencyand increase customers satisfaction from being able to order pay, get food and under 5 minutes. There is no reason why somebodyshould have to wait in the McDonald's drive-thru for almost 15 minutes and you see that there are other bags lined up ready tobe handed out but the poor guy in the back booth was struggling handling two different jobs at the same time. Give the backbooth two people instead of just one during a lunch rush. Read more
I avoid this McDonald's at all costs and drive to further away options purely based on order accuracy (you won't get the right... stuff in your bag). Staff is unfriendly and rude, management is no better. If you HAVE to choose McDonald's, find a differentone. If you do end up here, triple check your order before leaving. Read more
