The food was absolutely delicious today. The restaurant was very busy as was our server, but she was very nice and helpful. This... location has always been top-notch...especially wity the flavors. I came here for a lunch meeting, ordered Mongolian Beef lunch bowl, and loved it! We were seated right away, the portion of the... lunch bowl was perfect, pricing was right, and the waiter was super friendly and attentive. I am a realtor and I have been toquite a bit of restaurants, I will certainly be back here whether that be with clients or colleagues! We had an enjoyable meal. They were able to provide a GF option with at least several on their menu. Lunch with a tip was close... to $100 for four of us. The waiter was very helpful and attentive. They were not very busy when we arrived at about 11:00 a.m.or really at all while we were there. We founded it a very comfortable place, the food was excellent. The negative experience was the employees. The food was really good. The hosts were rude, the waitress did not engage with us at... all. Luckily the manager was able to help us at the entrance, because the host deleted us from the wait list. I had the textproof showing I had been entered. Visited this Maple Grove location on St Patrick's Day, thinking that it wouldn't be too busy, and we were right. Got a seat... right away at 6PM - not too shabby. We had two servers at first - one of them in training. The experienced one stuck around forthe first couple of table visits, and then left the hatchling alone to be tormented by our many questions and off-menu requests.The poor chap did a lot of apologizing before we were through. I give him solid marks for effort and attitude. Started withcocktails. I tried their special Old Fashioned, which was served in a covered glass which held some sort of odorless smoke. Niceeffect I suppose. I don't think the smoke was supposed to infuse the drink with a flavor, otherwise I would have smelledsomething. Maybe it was just to make the drink look worth the $16.50 price tag. We had the crispy green beans for an appetizer.Pretty good flavor, but a bit too greasy. For the entree I had sweet-and-sour chicken and brown rice, which was fine if notmemorable. My wife had some sort of cashew chicken dish. She felt the same - it was just ok. Food is really good. The soup has a great broth and the tampura calamari and vegetables are delicious but customer service they... gotta work to improve a lot. The waitress was very disappointing, she didn't really care at all. The only server who seemed tocare was one kid who brought us the food(big high 5 to him n him only). I even told once we got there it was my daughter's bdaybut they didn't do anything about it. I have been a regular ar this PF Chang's for a while now. I usually get takeout and am usually satisfied with the portion.... However, this last time, my pad thai was barely half filled. I'm not paying full price for an entree only to get half theportion, that's ridiculous. I have to come to expect better standards from this PF as they don't usually miss. I'm verydisappointed and feel cheated out of my money. Read more
