Everytime I'm in the cities I stop and get my usual. Chicken Terriaki with white rice and a side of Beijing Beef and I also get... Sweetfire Chicken Breast with fried rice and another side of Beijing Beef. I also get a couple orders of crab ragoons with sweetand sour sauce to dip them in. The New Beyond Orange Chicken was amazing! I got a bowl of chow mein and beyond chicken and it was VERY tasty, filling too.... Price is good for what you get. Probably the best tasting fast food I've had. Overall a good experience. Pros: Nice bathrooms,tasty, good vegan/vegetarian options. Cons: pretty loud inside, the wait was a bit long but didn't really bother me. Read more
Showed up after 11am (opens at 10:30) to all the chairs up on the tables. The guy working says they have a huge online catering... order to catch up on and then they?ll help the people in the lobby. Says it?ll be 10 min. Ok no problem I can wait to try theirnew Beyond Meat orange chicken. The wait ends up being more 30-40 min. When I finally get to order they tell me they don?t havethe beyond meat orange chicken until FRIDAY despite it being advertised nationwide, on their own website for online orders ANDon every promo IN STORE. The employee could've told us to wait for new fried rice but instead scooped us the bottom of the pan. Got nothing but burnt... rice????. Teriyaki chicken came with no Teriyaki sauce. Place is garbage compared to other PE I had before and this is in MapleGrove. Sad! Read more
If there was a closer location to me I'd go somewhere else. How do you place a pickup order for 1145am and it isn't ready until... 12pm? On other occasions they've run out of chicken teriyaki at 2pm. Not a very well managed business. Bathrooms are cleanthough. Read more
Ordered ahead online and upon arriving (a few minutes late) staff seemed unaware I had an online order, then found my receipt... right on the counter. Advantage of ordering online is pickup to avoid the lines, particularly with large family orders.Requested "extra" Sweet and sour for large family order and was given two packets each half full. Apparently fuel prices aren'tthe only thing out of control because every time we order they're stingy with the sauce. Food was as good as always, butstaffing could use some improvement. Read more
Fast service. The food was delicious. The taste and quality of the food was better than other Pandas and fast food Asian food... places that I?ve been. I recommend the Beijing beef and Teriyaki chicken. The only downfall of this location at the time wasthe cleanliness of the store. The fountain drink area was like a puddle of liquids everywhere. On the counters and on the stickyfloors. The tables weren?t very clean either. We came in the early afternoon so it was after the lunch rush and maybe they weretoo swamped earlier to do anything. We drove from the cities to and we were not disappointed. Rocky at the maple grove location is so kind and genuine. It's not... often you walk into a restaurant and greeted with a big smile, asked how they can help you and how your day is. He is a hardworking employee and all around great person.
