Love this studio. Diverse clientele (in terms of fitness levels) and friendly employees. It's the only workout that doesn't hurt... my knees from being high impact and still kicks my butt. I've loved it so much I became an instructor. Read more

I have been going to Pure Barre Maple Grove for about a year and 8 months now and I love it! It is a great, low impact, full... body, core centered workout that targets all the "trouble" areas. The format stays consistent, but the moves are different inevery class, so you never get bored! The instructors are so approachable and are always pushing you to challenge yourself allwhile giving plenty of options for modifications to fit your needs. The music motivates you through the workouts and allows youto clear your mind and have some time to yourself. I leave every workout with wobbly legs, sore abs, and tired arms. Andrea andher team are truly one of a kind and their hard work and attention to detail shows through in each class. So, come try a coupleclasses and get your shake on! Read more

I was hooked from the very first class! Great workout, wonderful instructors, and such a welcoming warming positive environment!... I'm not new to working out but new to barre and it's great for all fitness levels. I would have never in a million years thoughtI'd get a such an amazing workout from barre or love it as much as I do. Never say never to low impact, baby weights, and tinypulses it will work muscles you never knew you had! Read more
