Waited 20 mins just to leave. No server came by and asked us if we wanted anything to drink. I love red lobster but I’m very... disappointed tonight. This was my husbands first time here and he decided that shake shack across the parking lot was a betterexperience than waiting 20 minutes to not get served. This place was GREAT! Tom was the best most personable server ever! We really enjoyed our meal and experience. I had the Endless... Shrimp Special ????! They were not that busy, but we didn't get our drinks until after our salads were done. The cheddar bay biscuits had very little... seasoning or cheddar and were very flour packed. When my beer arrived it was hot, not warm or room temp, but hot. They could notget their taps working correctly. We ordered a surf-n-turf and the small steak came out with two separate halves being differentthicknesses, it was supposed to be medium but one half was medium well and the other was shoe leather. We also had the Ultimateshrimp, it was ok. The shrimp and pasta was plain and obviously a boxed or packaged sauce. They got rid of the kid lobster tailmenu item, not sure if it was a supply thing or not, They did comp my drink and an additional $25. But we still walked out witha $75 Bill, and we did tip. Went here for my birthday tonight, we put our name on the wait-list on-line. This is always a great idea saves time waiting when... you arrive. Hostess Brianna was so rude!!! I can't believe she is still employed if she treats everyone the way I saw her treatpeople around us and us. Thank goodness our waitress was wonderful and made up for the first impression we had coming in thedoor. The food was good but prices have definitely gone up. Read more

This is the worst experience i got, i order a side with my meal Creamy Langostino and Norway Lobster Baked Potato and i got like... 4,5 small pieces(as you seen in the pictures) and not even enough sauces tor my bake potatoes, cost $3.99 more. Wow! I guess iwill never eat here again. Read more
