Good customer service. I wanted to try a new drink and the barista gave me flavor ideas. It turned out good.
Barista suggested Oat milk for my Vanilla Matcha tea, foamed up great! Tasty! Ordered 2. I Never do that!
I ordered an iced chai tea latte and my drink tasted like only milk, usually the drink is much darker than this.
Terrible customer service. While we wait for our order (nextly 15 minutes). We heard laughter and teasing towards us, nothing... pleasant, they even realized that their window was not tightly closed and realized that we were upset. They didn't apologize fortheir tasteless jokes. We will not be customers of this site again. Plus is the third time that we have received our misdoneorders in different places. We do not accept apologies after this bad experience with immature young people who do not knowrespect for the customer and his company. Read more
I always love Starbucks no matter what. This store was very busy. They gave me the wrong drink 2 times I just went with it on... the second drink they made instead of making others wait longer. Starbucks is still amazing maybe will do a mobile order forthis store instead of ordering through the drive thru. Customer service was ok. Read more
Nice location, This Starbucks is located in a busy strip mall , and it?s busy inside. We had the matcha latte and the... traditional veggie egg white bites. We also bought the MN coffee cup to add to the collection :) Read more
