They have 12 new sandwiches on the board which may be great but I love the chicken bacon ranch which wasn't on the board. Not... truly an issue as you can make whatever you want - still like the food. Read more
On Wednesday, September 12th at about 630 pm, as I was entering, the employee was walking out. I don?t know her name, she was... not wearing a name tag. I was confused and she told me she was leaving and no one else was in the store and she didn?t havekeys to lock up. I asked her if she was coming back ?. She said she was going to the Levi?s store (where ever that was). I saidare you coming back? I walked in and waited a couple min and gave up, she came back in as I was leaving and I said, ?are yougoing go fill my Doordash order?? She says ?no?. I informed OUR customer that the employee was not going to be making theirorder, their response was: Sorry for bothering you. Yikes! I was the third person to get this order from Doordash, sosomething had to have happened before me as well. While waiting in the parking lot on hold with Doordash to cancel their order,a man went in and I warned him. He must have gotten waited on because he didn?t come out very fast ?. Attempted curbside at this location twice. I think I am done. Average of 20 minute wait PAST the 20 they give to actually make... your order (one sandwich, in my case). This last time, 5 minutes AFTER I was notified my sandwich was ready for pick up, aworker came out and said they didn't have my bread. Subway is trying to stay relevant, but at 11 dollars for a poorly madesandwich...and two failed curbside pick ups....no thanks, I am done. Read more
So I came in tonight for a lunch and found a young man named Gavin hard at work by himself. When I tell u this guy was kind,... courteous and so professional. Answered my questions recommended the most amazing sandwich and stepped up to the plate afterbeing abandoned by his Co workers.
