I just ordered a sandwich, drink and a bag of chips - it came to $11.28 When I used my card to pay it said $13.53??.. I... questioned why the amount was different and the girl said don?t worry it?s $11.28??. But I was charged a $2.25 cent tip that Idid t authorize and when I questioned the girl about it she rolled her eyes at me and started to mumble to herself??. They havea tip cup and I always tip in cash - this dishonesty caused me not to tip at all??she wasn?t going to give me the money back -but a young man came up and gave me the money back. Well my fiancé and I had to run errands after our midday shifts today with our 7.5 year old. We thought we would just swing by... subway to bring home quarter to 8pm. We were told at the door the young gentleman has closed the store even though it wasunlocked, and he stated he wasn?t feeling well. I have worked at subway before around his age and as a young adult and neverworked like this. If you are that sick why are you there? I see on the reviews this isn?t the first time happening with thisstore. I am kind of surprised but not at the same time. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt but when I am seeing thisstore?s reviews having issues with workers like this you might want to hand the closings over to someone who can handleresponsibility, because obviously that gentleman couldn?t. The manager definitely knew how to make sandwiches her trainees could use a little bit more help with the in-store customers. I... ordered three sandwiches two identical basic Turkey sandwich and wanted to order a chicken bacon ranch for my third. Themanager was able to get 3 to 4 mobile orders done before helping with my sandwiches. When presented with a coupon the managerinformed me That it wasn?t valid with melts. I did not order a melt. She was informed by her general manager recently that anysandwich containing Steak or Chicken with cheese is considered a melt. This was a first. I?ve never heard that from any subwayother than here. I?ve gone to several other subways and have never had a problem. In short my purchase could?ve been better. They forgot to give me my third sandwich. If a coupon doesn?t want to be granted that?s fine, I?ll just choose otherparticipating franchise Subways. I use the coupons as a bonus for being a loyal patron to the establishment. I just ordered 3 sandwiches for pickup. The sandwiches were later than scheduled by the phone app, and the orders were mixed up.... There was one person behind the counter working. He was rude and stated next time to not add so many veggies because thesandwiches took too long to make. I will order my sandwiches how I want, and I hope this rude individual gets fired. SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION. Waiting over 25 minutes to get waited on, 1 young kid working no management on site.... l felt for the kid, he seemed to be working his 1st shift alone. Taking customer orders, making sandwiches and handling allinternet orders. Poor kid was overwhelmed. Not sure what's wrong with the management at this location, but if your store isshort staffed it's your responsibility to get in to the store and fill in for any staff shortages. Any person who manages afast food business should think about their employees and the frustration they feel when they are .left alone to deal with adinner rush. Subway is a nice restaurant. Get the Spicy Italian combo sandwich meal! They are the best. I think their foot-long Italian Sub... is phenomenal. Restrooms work & there is helpful & sensible staff that isn?t too intrusive or creepy. Definitely get adifferent car to access the location, though - it is sort of tucked away in a strip mall.
