Tried the new menu for the first time and was very unsatisfied. At first I thought the meals were suggested items not items that... automatically come with the sandwiches. I still prefer the make your own customize your own sandwich options. The bread came outburnt and not nicely toasted. Read more
This subway could do a lot better at there ways to customize each sub the way customers want but they have a limited menu... selection and you can't add veggies and cheese that isn't on the menu board so if you have a different preference for what youwant in the sub the employees are this subway will not make it your way why does the subway on county road 81 on Maple Grove beso very strict on there subs that will cause customers to not come back and go elsewhere Read more
Nice employees, but please retrain on company wide policies about not being able to customize sandwiches. The whole purpose of... getting subway is to get toppings / veggies that you want on your sandwich and not "the prescribed ones" listed on the menu"only". Read more

I don't usually write review on anything and if I would it would only be to give good reviews but I'm genuinely concerned for... the health of people eating food from this location... by far the dirtiest resturaunt I've ever been to in my entire life.Looking around there, there wasnt a single thing clean in the entire store and the fact that there is things dried shows ithasn't been cleaned in a very long time if at all. I've worked at a couple subways and managed one years back so I know whathealth codes need to be met to run the store. Not a single thing from the food prep area to counters to the bay to the dinningand floor/walls. Reusing knives multiple times when you are supposed to switch them out constantly. The sauce bottles weredisgusting the pop station had nasty all over it. I can't come here anymore. I don't want to get sick. Read more
I ordered Subway on 11/14 since we had family over and didn't want to cook. We ordered online and picked up about 20 minutes... later. I used curbside pickup. The sandwich was the best Subway sandwich I have ever had! There was plenty of everything I hadordered to be included so I tasted all the ingredients. Everyone else liked their meal too. I don't know the name of the guythat made our sandwiches but I hope he makes mine next time I stop in! Read more
