Order donuts from her and it was the worst experience. I did a pick up order at 9am and was running 5mins behind cause of snow... as so was she cause she was out on a delivery then waited for 35mins. I couldn't wait any longer cause i had to get back to theoffice as these donuts was for work. So I told her I can't wait anymore ask if she can please deliver them to my work place. Shesaid yes she could. That was around 9:45am. Tell me why I didn't get my donuts until 1pm! You would think i would get my donutsasap after i been waiting almost an hour but nope! 4 hours later! Weirdest donut experience ever! Ordered donuts online expecting a small batch gourmetish product. I arrived at a house. Called... the number per website direction to pick up my cinnamon sugared and beignet combo dozen. The proprietor said they were out on adelivery and would be back in five. I waited 40 minutes and called back and was told 5 more minutes. Waited another spell.Finally the box of donuts was brought to the car. It was nothing that I had ordered. I requested a refund. I'm no donut expertbut these are not small batch gourmet donuts. I really try to support small business but definitely won't be back. Read more

The donuts were very good the service was very good once we placed our order. This is not a traditional store front obviously... the person works hard and the donuts are fresh and tasty. I would definitely give them a try. Read more

We have tried so many times trying to give the benefit of the doubt because we really did enjoy these donuts, back when it was a... storefront and when they attempted to run this independently out of their home. Several times myself and my friends would orderfor delivery the donuts would be hours late. There were always excuses. Then we started to order the night before and a coupletimes they just didn?t deliver any! When we?ve tried to pick them up, even when giving a heads up an hour before that we were onthe way and then 15 minutes away, we?d still have to wait in the driveway for over 20 minutes to get the donuts. And mostrecently we attempted to order online via their new website but again when we went to pick them up, they weren?t home, left andreturned and still waited for a long time. They didn?t make the donuts we ordered, subbed some fruit filled ones without askingwhen we ordered fruity pebbles for kids. This is what they looked like - we don?t even want to bring them to the gathering wehad planned. So disappointed! Wanted to try and support a small-business, but we can?t recommend this one anymore. We just picked up some donuts from Natalie for the first time and I'm only upset I didn't get more! They smelled SO good it was... difficult not to dig in on the way home. We were not disappointed as they were literally the best donuts I've ever tasted. Wecalled ahead to order and she had them ready for us as we pulled into her driveway 10 minutes later. The crew at The Grind is always so kind and friendly. I?ve been here numerous times before and am always welcomed warmly. Today... I had a chai tea and a banana foster donut. Friendly staff! Everything is worth the wait, even if it?s just a couple minutes. Delicious lattes, they obviously use quality... milk. We had the breakfast sandwiches? egg, bacon, and pepper jack on bagel and the same on a croissant? I would easily believethe bagel and croissant to be homemade as well. So. Good.
