I Usually come here during breakfast hours on a Saturday and the young people working here are always polite and fast.

I've come to find out that most McDonald's in the Cuyahoga area are just incompetent. Ordered a mcdouble with mac sauce and no... cheese and small fries simple right not at all got 2 cheeseburgers two fries coffee and pop told them wasn't my order took itback ask me to pull up mia a horrible manager comes out with just a sandwich no fries I say it's missing my fries she snatchedthe bag out my hand so I go in to get the corporate number cause I'm fed up with terrible service talk to another manager whoask me what was wrong tell her mia snatched the bag out my hand cause she got my order wrong again mia then ( a grown woman)licks her tongue out at me and starts to go back and forth with me about what happened other manager tell her to stop talkingprocedes to remake my order and give me corporate number get on the road open my sandwich cheese on my burger ( lactoseintolerant) so a big waste of time and money. I?m only giving 2 stars due to the fact that my food was fresh however WRONG but still hot. I ordered the Big Mac with no pickle... xtra sauce but we clearly see as correct as the cashier who rang it, the kitchen not so much. I only trip because I?m a funnyeater and people have allergies. I tried eating it but the pickle juice is on my burger still so wasted ??????????? but again,what if I were allergic?! That?s a lawsuit guys. Take the extra time to be more careful please . Read more
Went to grab some breakfast during down time at work. The drive thru was busy but they only had one of the 2 lanes running.... There are 3 windows that are there for a purpose but only had one running. Didn't have too long of a wait but they did have aguy cleaning the parking lot during breakfast rush. I thought that was kind of silly. The girl at the window was nice. My foodwas hot and fresh. Read more

The employees, were very nice & helpful. The fish sandwiches & fries were so good!! Really enjoy our food!!
