NO STARS; On 9:15 about 8pm or do I was greeted with I'm we're only taking UBER EATS orders. WHAT. We're only taking UBER EATS... orders. I'm sorry. I pulled off called my family told them what I was just told and that the parking lot had one vehicle andthe people inside of it was eating. I was told go back and video record the parking lot so I turned around as I come back to theparking lot the same car was still there. I asked the driver was he with Uber Eats, he replied NO and that he had just receivedhis food when I had pulled in the first time. So now I'm real angry because your employees that is to take orders didn't feellike working. So now I back up so I can get back to the drive thru and there are four cars in front of me and they are gettingtheir orders taken. Now it's my turn and I make my order. The young lady asked me for times what my order was and each time Irepeated the same 2 spicy chicken, 1 baconzilla sandwiches loaded fries Carmel sundae and strawberry shake. My order is $17 andchange. I get to the window I get everything but the shake. Young lady says you weren't charged for the shake ???????????? Iblow the F-up now I repeated my order four times and the order taker did the same y'all play too F'ing much bcs I just pulledaway bcs I was told you're only making UBER EATS orders. I asked them for my shake and to NOT SPIT in it since I just blew theF-up. Their reply was ma'am I didn't spit in your food. I looked at two females in disbelief bcs they couldn't comprehend asimple request. So I broke it down. I SAID DON'T SPIT meaning it hadn't happened YET. So I'm charged $4 for my shake and Ileave. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST RALLYS EVER. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY NEED HELP THIS BAD TO HAVE EMPLOYED THIS KIND OF HELP. Read more

I went to Rally?s and the line was shorter than usual so I decide to indulge. I ordered my food it was a short wait I drove a... mile home and was ready to eat. My order was wrong so I went back and I called when I arrived because the line was wrappedaround the building. The lady answered and asked me to just get in the line and she would fix it. I told her the line was longand I didn?t want to wait because I already paid why should I have to wait again. The lady told me to pull in a spot and shebrung my food quick. I loVe the fries! OMG I could eat them every DAY!
This place needs some serious help there are usually one or 2 people working and the business is non stop! If you are hungry be... prepared to wait AWHILE! The line is usually out to the street especially at night they are short staffed so be aware. Read more
