First of all what is that smell??? Why the floors sticky??? The lights be off even when they open smh. This location had gone... down hill and I'm confused as to how it's still open. Horrible the fries were old, ordered a steak sub and a chicken sub both were in a hotdog bun.
I don't recommend ordering from this location, this will be the first and last time coming here. It's truly disappointing the... service that's provided here and overall an uninviting atmosphere. At first it was impressive how the cooking staff was able tokeep up with the demand of orders that was coming in but as for the cashier/server, their disposition discredits the business.It seemed that the young lady was more invested in her personal phone conversations than helping paying customers. Afterreceiving a text message stating my order was ready I walked back into the store. What's disheartening is that she brought myorder out stating " your order is right here " places the food in front of the hot box then proceeds to walk to the back andcontinue her phone conversation. After 12mins passed with me standing at the counter she then proceeded to bag my food and handit to me. When I questioned her about me standing there and not receiving my food when it was first brought out she then blamesone of the food preps for not handing my food over. This is completely unprofessional and this location will no longer receivemy or anyone that I know business. If the manager has access to this I would recommend you reevaluate your staff because yourbusiness will lost a lot more customers if this continues. Read more
The food is good the service sucks! They had a young lady name Shay that worked there that could take orders and the cooks was... pretty good now it?s horrible the young girl?s don?t know what they are doing can?t do two things at once has no customerservice skills. Nice sub sandwiches and wings are at Sub City. There?s a variety of sauce options. Some noteworthy menu items: chicken and... shrimp ???? philly, Buffalo crispy chicken sub, chicken city rolls, chicken quesadilla is pretty good also. There?s usually a15min wait for food so that?s a plus. Good idea for a quick lunch. Read more

When I say EVERYTIME I mean EVERYTIME I call this place to order they don?t answer! After the 10th call they answer and say walk... ins only. The whole week is walk ins. No phone orders. And when I make the drive it?s not even busy to not take the phone order.Then when u order they low on EVERYTHINGGGG. Ordered a polish boy and never told me they were out of cole slaw?.Just gave it tome burnt + no cole slaw ?????.no chicken no shrimp no cole slaw no nothing. And it sucks because as a pregnant woman I love itwhen it?s right but that?s very very seldom. I just keep giving them chances and they let me down each time.
