My Wendy's experience was horrible, I never got to make an order. The young (girl) taking orders was very rude and should never... be allowed to be the voice of any business that wants business . Managers really need to teach their employees how to talk tocustomers. We pulled out of the line and left, this is not the first time bad experience at this location but it will be thelast. Half the time even with no one in line, there?s no one taking orders. The other half of the time the order gets screwed up or... the food tastes like it?s been under a warmer for an hour. Tried getting a summer salad and I wasn?t given the dressing or thealmonds to go on top of it. The only saving grace is that their breakfast baconator and potato wedges are delicious. I ordered a $5 biggie bag with the crispy BLT (minus ????) chicken nuggets fries and a soft drink. Everything was tasty and... prepared in a timely manner. The speed of service has definitely improved since my last visit a few months ago. Read more
This store is always ?not taking orders? because ?their system is down?. The hilarious part is that I deliver for DoorDash? so... I know their system is not down. DoorDash would have stopped giving orders to the business. I stopped in the parking lot and Ilook in and all the workers are literally chilling in the eating area with their drinks doing nothing. Wendy?s needs to closeor fire all their staff.
