I love the service, speed and efficiency here. I came in at about 730pm, wanting some slices of their delicious(to me) pizza,... but they were out and I dont eat meat. Two tall men were working, one in the food area(looked young) and a bit older gent at thecashier station. I politely asked if its possible to get cheese slices and they said yes! to my delight!! Pizza was promptlymade and I bought a few things while waiting and was also rung up for my 3 slices. Its always a great experience at Caseys, butI really enjoyed this one. Im an introvert and I felt comfy being here. I felt welcomed too! Both employees were constantlyworking and I could see that they cared about being good people. Clean with good selection and great pizza.
Always enjoyed driving to this Casey?s for pizza and their donuts. Drove out here this morning for the same and witnessed the... gentleman making the donuts carrying an armful against his shirt in his bare arms. Dropped them on the table. Arranged them ona tray and took them out. No gloves. Short sleeve and bare arms. Unsanitary and never again. Read more
Best Casey's in the world. Not only because it's in my home town now but because the staff is friendly. I always get alcohol... here (not everything but enough) to satisfy my needs. Also, their breakfast station is always a bit. Check it out, cheers! Read more
Today will be the last business we do with Maple Park Casey's. We have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with previous... order issues, because things happen. However, the last five or six orders we have placed have been consistently fifteen minutesto a half hour late on order time. Then today the male employee with a ponytail (in the kitchen) immediately struck up attitudewith a rude tone when he asked if there was something we needed. He also unnecessarily tried to "enforce" the 6ft socialdistancing rule when there was literally 14-15ft of distance from when we were standing (at the isles) to the counter he wasbehind. It's too bad, too, because his pizzas were nice. His lack of friendly customer service is what got him. So, based on hisattitude and previous time issues, we'll be going to Waterman from now on. Great pizza, cold drinks, and friendly staff
Not sure what happened tonight but, it was the worst experience with getting pizza we've had there. It's normally... great. Tonight's order, I added a couple of drinks to our pizza order but person didn't bring it out. Which is fine. I justwent in to get them. As we were getting into the food, noticed several things. Ordered cheesy potato bites. They were cold. Notlukewarm, cold. Ordered cheesy bread and marinara sauce. Sauce was missing. Ordered taco pizza and it was missing; lettuce,tomatoes, and the taco sauce. And lastly, as my husband was eating his pizza, he found a hair in it. I'm just gonna chalk it upto a bad night but it was pretty disappointing. Won't be getting pizza from there for awhile. I'll give it 2 star as it'snormally pretty good. Read more
