Went there with a group of people. First time ever for me. Extremely disappointed. Bread brought out after 30 mins was... tasteless. Entrees were either underdone tasteless or burnt. Waiter debated with us and told us the food is good. They forgot tobring drinks after ordering. 5 out 10 of us had complaints. Won?t eat here again :-( Read more

My wife and I have been driving past this restaurant for years always saying we will have to check it out sometime. Well we... finally did and we were pleasantly surprised! We both ordered off the pasta menu and both dishes were delicious! They were alsovery generous with their amazing homemade bread that arrived before our meals. We definitely will be back! Read more

Giving four stars because we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be served. Otherwise, this would have been an easy 5.... The food is great. Portions are pretty big. My family and I had the pleasure of dining at La Trattoria Restaurant last night. I cannot say enough good things about the food... and service . Natalie is a true gem and treated us fantastically! Chef Garry prepares all the food fresh to order and I have tosay this was some of the best Italian food I have ever had! We very much enjoyed the atmosphere and not one person at our tablewas u happy with what they ordered - the food is over the top prepared perfectly and delicious. We took my mom here for her birthday birthday in May and I have to say I was rather disappointed in the service. I'll start with... the good they we're extremely nice and I could tell that the lady was working very hard to make everything gosmoothly.... However we did not have her as a server. We had a man and he was extremely unhelpful. When ordering he did allowmy mom to order a dish she had there before that was not on the menu but as for me I wanted a pasta on the side of my chickenbreast the menus say I'm allowed to but when I asked he told me I was not. It would of been fine except for the fact he walkedaway without me completing my order... He didn't come back to our table for a hour. When he did he brought bread my mom isgluten free so we asked for a gluten free and another hour later gluten free bread was brought to the table. He then said hecouldn't bring another balsamic vinegar plate for her to dip her bread into she would have to use the one contaminated withgluten..... she didn't trust that. About 30 minutes after that our appetizers arrived.... and we're extremely small for theprice and I felt bad for it but I literally had to spit one out (probably a personal thing it just tasted like dirt tome) Probably 40 minutes after that our main courses arrived and to no surprise they we're small for the price. I didn't enjoymy chicken at all I think it had a weird taste (once again probably just personal preference) Roughly 3 and a half 4 hoursafter arrival we left and went to McDonalds as I was still starving. My mom has been here before and said its not usually thatbad but it was my first time and will be my last due to this experience. Read more

Great night with my wife here. Would definitely try here again. Soup was sooo good, sea food and desert was amazing. the old... gentleman serving us was really nice and can definitely rate him as one of the best staff l have ever seen in a restaurant.Despite the great tasty food, his warm greeting, and checking several times if we need anything , made a great night for us .Environment was kind of cool and the Italian music was so relaxing. Especially the God father one???? In general it is one of mygreat food experience in Maple Ridge. Read more
