This Panago has gone way downhill. We used to be regulars at this location but the last 2 pizzas we got from here were thin and... hard like cardboard. A large portion of the outside of the pizza was just bare crust and burnt. They must have changed theircrust recipe or are trying to spread the dough too thin but either way the pizza tastes no better than the box it came in andI'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on Read more

Ordered over the phone came to pick it up and they didn't even start my pizza . What's the point of calling to make an order?
I ordered online, they couldn't find the order when I went to pick up so I ordered again. It cost me 3$ more for exactly the... same thing. I explained it to the lady, she asked me the same thing over and over despite holding my phone with the emailconfirmation. She mumbled something and walked away and started making food. Another woman showed up eventually and I explainedagain. Eventually a third woman showed up who sounded like she would refund the difference but 35 minutes later I actuallycouldn't wait any longer and it wasn't worth it for 3$, but horrendous service. I wouldn't have even left the review exceptthat in the 36 minutes I waited, I watched the pizzas being made and the lack of hygiene practices had me horrified. I willnever order from them again. Staff is so rude ..they didnt ask you specially the front girl ana ..she ignored you like person dont exist.. its not with me... only. Customer shows up while i was waiting tor order he greet her but she ignored like nothing .. such a rude behavior . Read more
UPDATE: I was given a FULL credit for our disappointing first visit. Greatly appreciated that. We tried again. Much better! ... Thanks Panago Nope not this time. Was disappointed. Pizza had very little tomato sauce; and cheap on the cheese. Mediocre atbest. Read more
Waited 1hr 50 min on a Monday night, for cold pizza... ordered: 5:22 est time: 6:12 actual: 7:12 On top of that, from... when they text me they left to when they arrived it was 20 minutes... I live 7 minutes away. Had to contact customer supporttwice and although they credited my account the amount of my order, I still paid this time for a late, cold pizza with a hungryfamily waiting and no explanation. They need to learn how to estimate wait times!!! Tell you pizza is ready in 20 mins....I've been sitting here for 40 mins.
