I would like to say thanks to the reception staff who was incharged of the walk-in customers (I was there on Nov 7, 2022 around... 8:45am), she was having trouble on scanning the QR code on my mobile apps but she kept trying to solve it out for me andapologize for the apps error, while the on duty manager came over but just told me to report the apps problem directly to officewith bad manner but not solving any problem at the front line. If head office can see this message please consider to promotethat on duty front desk worker who was the only girl who serving walk-in customers, she is a white girl. Her patience andproblem solving skills are definitely talented to become a manager. Thanks! Read more

Friendly workers at 240th. Great service. They didn't have the drink I orderd, didn't tell me, still charged the higher price... and gave me a much cheaper drink i didnt want.. Not happy about that. Read more

0/10 Disgusting litter of used Tim Horton's cups and other garbage all the way through the Drive through at 11951 240 Street... location. I mentioned it at the window and the worker said they know. Brutal. I'll never go back. Wonder what the kitchenlooks like? Read more

I always give service workers the benefit of the doubt. But I asked for a ketchup substitute instead of chipotle on my wrap,... which is how I have ordered it for years. But apprently that is a ?restaurant choice? to not offer ketchup on wraps. Weirdpolicy, but okay. They also got my coffee order wrong, but i?m more hung up on the weirdness of the ketchup thing. Their app didnt work. Their wifi didnt work. While eating, a loud BEEP persisted the whole time I was eating my meal. Staff... ignored the noise. Miserable experience. My sandwich tasted SO GOOD luckily. Read more

Ordered today and the woman at the drive thru cut us off and didn't let us finish ordering after only 1 drink. So we drove up to... the window and she was incredibly argumentative, rude and tried making us come inside to finish ordering. Terrible experience. Read more

Forgot to memorize the whole entire menu before I came so when I tried to ask a question the person taking my order was so... incredibly rude. They always shove the food at you in such a rude urgency and it wasn?t even busy and no one was behind me. TimHortons customer service gets worse every year. Read more

They do not make sure that you have your items before letting go at the drive through. Multiple times had to catch my coffee and... this time dropped my tidbits (thankfully the box stayed closed). I got out to pick them up and they got mad for holding up theline. Read more
