This place literally served raw chicken. We love to go to chili?s but this will be my last visit because this place straight up... served us RAW CHICKEN. I had an issue on the app processing a gift card. I went in to ask for help and Kendall was so kind, patient, and friendly. She... was very helpful with coming up with a solution and resolving the problem that I was having, all with a smile on her face. We went there ok sunday night at 9pm and even though the restaurant was empty we were told to wait for 20 mins as they had only... 2 servers . Finally we got the table and we ordered our drinks and food . The Long Island iced tea was very bad. The chickenquesadilla was over cooked and burnt . Cajun pasta and shrimp tacos were awesome . Usually we always carry out the 25 for 2deal . The combo deal had many options and it is cheap . The 25 for 2 has variety of options to choose . We usually get 2 housesalad, 1 Cajun pasta chicken or shrimp and chicken fajitas . It also comes with a slice of cheesecake which is the main USP.Over all the food is great but the dine in experience was not that great . I guess that is because they don?t have enough staff!!! The bacon ranch burger was great. The service was laughable. 2 bartenders were busy, but avoiding eye contact, saying they heard... me and not bringing what I asked for. Lots of lost money in lack or refills. I was a corporate server trainer and it doesn't getmuch worse. Both free poured liquor with my margaritas lacking hardly any Patron. Others appeared would be strongman lieu oftime of the pour. Laura was my primary server, but perhaps it fairer to say she ignored me the most.i was just in 3 days priorand the bartender was on point earning her $20 tip on $30 bill.
