To Amber Anderson I explained about the food very well before you ordered and you fully understood what you were ordering. I... said that the chicken bowl was mixed with the vegetables and you said that was what you wanted. Just because you changed yourmind that you didn?t want the vegetables after paying for the food that you requested during the phone call, I have noobligation to cook you different food from the order requested just because you changed your mind after the fact. We never threwaway your food, as I write this your food is still here, and you were always welcome to pick up the food you ordered, we alsovoided your payment even though we had no wrongdoing. We ask you to put yourself in our shoes and see if we are in the wrong.Threatening us afterwards saying that you would flood us with bad reviews makes us feel dejected. This place was awesome! After a really disappointing experience at a different teriyaki restaurant in Enumclaw ($38 for a single... combo meal after tip and truly tiny portions), we tried this place instead. We ordered chicken teriyaki and Mongolian beef fortake-out. The portions are ENORMOUS and the food tasted great. A lot of bang for your buck. Overall excellent.. one of the best egg flour soup I've ever had. Spicy chicken was a little charred and dry but the sauce and... portion made up for it. They do not provide teriyaki sauce at the tables,but that is because they keep it warming in thekitchen..wow never had that before.
