This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. Took 45 min to get any attention after getting seated, we had a big group on... a Friday night, and they claimed to be really busy, but there weren't a lot of people at all. Either way, once we got drinks(mixed ones without ice. Mostly soda) and salads (3 were wrong), then the food came. Bistro pasta was so bad, zero flavor.Chicken tasted like frozen chicken boiled. Sauce was like soup in the bottom of the dish. Shrimp with the Wagu steak was sobland and bad I spit it in my napkin. My daughter got crab ravioli and it came as something fried (menu didn't say fried).Others said lasagna was okay, so if you're forced to go get that. And at the end of the meal say they can only split the billtwo ways. That should have been said upfront. They did agree to separate more. So I paid $60 for disgusting food we threw away.Never again. One star because my niece said lasagna was okay. Read more

The menu looked great and We had wanted to try Gino’s for several months. We showed up at 6 p.m. on a Tuesday, there was 3... other parties seated and one waitress. We were seated immediately, the waitress said she would be back with bread and to takeour drink orders. She disappeared and after 30 minutes of waiting we decided to leave. Pretty disappointing. Fantastic experience! Gino's was quiet, elegant, and easy to find. Our wine, appetizers and entrees were phenomenal - subtle... and, at the same time, bold, original, and distinctive. A perfect sensory experience, exactly what we were seeking. Griseldaspoiled us in every way, and was the cherry-on-top of our outstanding evening out. Bravisimo, Gino's! We'll be back. Read more

Service was very slow, we had to ask twice just to get more water. The food was good but over priced, my $42 entree (a modest... piece of sea bass) was not enough to fill me up. The restaurant was also uncomfortably hot, we were all sweating. Read more

I am not somebody to leave reviews but in sum, do not go here. I went the other night and they were fairly understaffed and I... understood the wait times. I didn’t have an issue with that at all. My issue is I attempted to order the Salmon Alfredo orsomething which is 24 dollars and the waiter let me know they were out of salmon, but could replace it with something else so Isaid sure. After we get the bill that dish was now 40 dollars! The waiter never once told me there was an extra charge to thechange. They then refused to refund because it was eaten. I probably could have asked to be fair, but you would think a 20dollar change in price would be communicated. It was exceptionally misleading. She also promised us the margarita was on thehouse due to the wait times, but she proceeded to bill us for it anyway. We also tried to order prosecco but they were out, wegot that bill too. She took those ones off obviously, but this combined with everything else just made the whole experiencedisappointing. We also ordered fish and chips. They were like the size of a McDonalds chicken nuggets and you get three ofthem. Um.. Also had the consistency of maybe rubber. The food itself wasn’t that great either for how much you were spendingon it. You could definitely go to Olive Garden and have food that tastes better then what you get here and for half theprice. Again this is probably the first review I have ever left. I just want you all to know to save your money, and eatsomewhere where people actually don’t want to charge you double for everything on the menu. :) Read more

Comfort food in Maple Valley, WA. Overall, I liked Gino's Bistro Maple Valley. A local friend took us to Gino’s for dinner... after a long travel to visit. The restaurant sits on the edge of a strip mall off the road; it was a little hard to see if youdon't already know the location, but there is plenty of signage around the storefront. We ate indoors; there was an outdoorseating area. The décor is nice but nothing too special. Our table was very wobbly, and the waiter fixed it when we asked to bere-seated. The staff were energetic and generally attentive. The menu is lengthy with interesting and tempting descriptionsacross appetizer, salad, pasta, steak, and seafood offerings. The calamari was perfectly prepared—really, very good. Thepaella was generally tasty with a mix of fish and meats over risotto, however all of us at the table thought the dish was toolight on risotto and too brothy—very tasty but not prepared as expected. The other food items we ordered were all good. Theprices were perhaps a little high. Overall, Gino's Bistro Maple Valley was decent—I’d eat there again, eager to try a fewmore of the interesting dishes on the menu. Read more
