This is the worst Subway I've been to in all my years. Every time I've ordered a sandwich to pick up, it's been wrong. Not wrong... as in missing a vegetable, but missing a main ingredient. Turkey Italiano: Turkey, Pepperoni, and Salami. Get it home and it'smissing BOTH pepperoni and salami. Turkey Cali: Turkey and Avacado. Get it home and it's missing Avacado. Those are differentorders in diff days. This place is unreal in how poorly they're run. The quality control is trash. I recommend driving acrosstown to the other Subway near 4 corners. I reached out to Subway corporate twice on twitter and they're looking into it. Avoidthis place, maybe someone who cares about customer service and quality will buy it someday. Until then, go to a different Subwayor Jimmy Johns. Read more
Very clean, cozy environment, kids friendly and overall amazing customer service. Tusham made amazing tuna sub which was... delicious and enhance the test of tuna sub I ever tried before. His customer service is praiseworthy and professional. Themanager is very friendly and welcoming. Read more
Unlike all the other Subways in Maple Valley, this one continues to be open long hours along with supply great customer service.... If you are looking for a good sub, this is the place. Team does a great job and is very welcoming. Read more
There are a few Subways in Maple Valley and this location is my most favorite. I go there a lot. All the time real fresh... bread,veggies amd proteins. Great customer service, all of them are very enthusiastic workers. I must need to mention theyprovide service till the last minute. I had been there at 8.55pm and got my sandwich with a happy smile. Gross! Tried to serve me a sandwich with white oozing cucumber slices. They were literally rotten, clear and had gooey white... cream on them. Told them it was nasty and they were arguing with me saying they cut them this morning. I don?t care when you cutthem, they?re ROTTEN!!! White goo hanging off the slices = not suitable for consumption. They tried to say it was ice from theside of the bin. HA. Disgusting. It?s one thing if they were like ?Oh so sorry those are not good, let me get another bin ofcucumbers.? Instead they tried to say there were ?fine? which they were not. Will never return here. We used to go to the Maple Valley Subway until it just took too long to get our order. We started going to the Sawyers Village... Subway and we were in and out in no time. We only go maybe once or twice a month on a Friday (tuna day), and have always had agreat customer experience. Samita (Sammy) usually helps us and I would like to take this opportunity to let everyone know thatshe is very helpful, and just a very nice individual overall. We will continue to go there and hopefully she will remain therefor some time to come. She has great customer service and it is just a pleasure to see her smiling face when we walk through thedoor. It's too bad that we were forced to go to a different location, but having Sammy be our server was totally worth it. Ipersonally give her a 5 star rating. Customer service being what it is today, a 5 star rating is hard to achieve, but in myopinion a true rating. I just can't say enough about this individual. You go girl. Read more
Sammy is great. She knows my order by heart every time I walk in and makes my sandwich perfectly every time.
