I love this restaurant , but…. The good: The food is wonderful! The server was really nice and seemed like she was fairly... experienced. The food usually comes quickly and is excellent. The bad: My meal came at 2 separate times. The pancakes camewhen I was already half way done with my biscuits and gravy. Also, I was given 1 refill on my soda and none on my water. Ihave chronic dry mouth and go through a lot of liquid when I eat, especially when I’m eating things like potatoes, biscuits, and pancakes smothered in sweet syrup. The server checked on me right after the first half of my food was delivered, then Ididn’t see anyone again until she dropped off the check. I even lined up my 3 empty glasses on the edge of the table, but noluck. I will be coming back again, but hopefully everything will work out better then. Read more

Lovely place to have a nice breakfast. Since the place is known for their pancakes, I always try to go for the other items. I... can honestly say that the flavor profile for the eggs were fantastic, bacon was extremely delicious and cooked to the perfectamount of crisp to my liking and the sourdough bread was fantastic. I got a create your own sandwich with a side of potatoeswhich were also cooked fantastically and a side of Teo scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese. Next time I'm visiting Seattle I'lltry the pancakes for sure. Hope this helps for people looking for not just pancakes for breakfast. Read more

Came here on a Sunday morning so it was very crowded, but went online to reserve a table so my party and I were seated fairly... quickly. Food and service was great, definitely a must try for breakfast. Read more

The seating is comfortable, the service is fast and great! I ordered a coconut pancake and it was delicious. The orange juice is... too pricey I believe. The food is worth the price. Read more

Texture and portion size skews this rating. French toast, yes that’s singular; one slice cut in half. C’mon. Bread portions... should be plentiful as pancakes. Bacon was much less than crispy. The green sauce on the omelette was exceptional, but I thinkI will ask for a 3-egg scramble next visit because the omelette texture is too “cakey”; too much air, filler, or stretcherin the egg mixture. Maybe I will go back to the Avocado Toast meal. Read more

I love this place. No matter how busy they are, their service is always amazing. The servers are so kind and the food is... perfect. The bacon is absolutely the best thing there. It's always cooked just right. And of course. Their namesake. Thepancakes are always fluffy. Oh and let's not forget that perfectly brewed coffee. One of my favorite things to get as soon as Iget there. Always hot and always fresh. Just hits the spot!!! Read more

Our server, Margaret, at the Maple Valley location was very attentive and friendly. Food good, except for sausage patty, it was... smashed so flat and cooked so much it didn't have any flavor. Will be going back to try other items. I had on the lighter sidethe French toast platter which is the perfect size if don't eat much at meals. My husband had the biscuits and gravy which camewith eggs, grilled potatoes and buttermilk pancakes. Read more

Bacon & White Cheddar omelette, buttermilk pancakes, and grilled potatoes were delicious. Minced ham & scrambled eggs was bland,... I wouldn't get it again. Friendly service and clean restaurant. Came back to try biscuits & sausage gravy and applepancake...it was yummy! Read more
