Went there yesterday (9/10/2022) about 1:25 p.m. Store not busy--two ladies paying at the register and one guy ahead of me... placing his order. There was one young pleasant fellow working in the bagel area and three employees in the register/bevstation area. I waited a few minutes while the prior order was made. I ordered a twice-baked hashbrown and a bagel with creamcheese. While my order was being prepared, I went to the cash register to order a medium light roast coffee and to pay. Therewas no one at the register. The one "older" male worker (30s?) in the bev area took a metal lid from what appeared to be asyrup dispenser and disappeared in the back of the store. The other two employees were a young guy (20s?) and a woman (20s/30s)at the bev station. Apparently, the young fellow was in training as the woman grabbed a tea bag and was telling the young guyhow to prepare tea. I'm certain this woman saw me standing there because the tea container was about five feet away from me,yet she said nothing (I would have expected "we'll be with you in a moment" or some kind of acknowledgment). Finally, the youngguy came to the register. I gave him my bev order only to be told that there was NO brewed coffee! The woman, who was on herway out, stated that they wouldn't be making any more coffee since it was 20 minutes to close (it was 1:35 and the store closesat 2:00). She stated that the closest thing to brewed coffee would be an americano. I declined. I was going to eat at one ofthe tables outside. There were three at the adjacent patio. One was occupied; the other two had bird droppings on them. Therewas another table up against the building. It didn't have bird droppings on it because it was under an awning. However, itwasn't really what I would call "clean." I sat there and ate my food but I was pretty disgusted with the entire experience andwon't be returning. This place is busy. There might not be a lot of people, but orders are constantly coming. Employees work very hard and always... smiling. Too bad they're not allowing to eat inside anymore, as it seems that plenty could. Read more

I went in today and got the farmhouse with 2 eggs and a sparkling green tea. My fav sandwich and a new drink choice for me. I... received everything in a timely manner given that there was only one person working the drink area and register. My sandwich hasegg shells in it. I ordered from door dash, 2 bagel sandwiches. The app didn't afford for edits to be made to my particular sandwich. so I called... after placing the order with the changes, the young lady was spot on. All changes were applied. Sandwiches were even warm wheni received them!! Great job! Read more
Ask for my sandwich to be skinny got it the regular way ask for a hash brown didn?t get it at all had to wait around an extra... couple minutes because the guy who is making my sandwich was in the middle of making two other sandwiches and still took myorder. THEN when his crush came in he completely lost his mind and hurried up and got her her drink so she can get on with herday. I guess her job and her life is more important than anybody else who may have come in before her and ordered a sandwich andalready paid for it just be mindful and check your stuff before you leave. I love that they have a caribou inside makes my trip so much easier! My favorite is usually a western because it?s delicious and... is a really good lunch option. I also love love love the frozen hot chocolate from caribou it is so gooood and really useful inthe summer time since it?s one of my favorite drinks. ???????? Read more
