The food is fine. I got an order to go for a group and when I got it home they messed up one of the items. The manager was... nice at first but only offered a refund of the item. You messed up someone's meal and with a take out order it cant be justcorrected like it can in store. I should have to argue or get an attitude to get more than just a minimum refund. Gettingoffered a coupon or something would have been fine but I didn't appreciate the attitude that came with it. I was polite, Yourstore messed up. Do better. Read more
Just ordered a Buffalo wrap with wedges and crema on the side... very dissapointed it showed up in the full size box without any... wedges and there's no buffalo sauce on this wrap. Read more
I have tried to order a wrap from them 2 times, no cheese and Asian zing sauce. I have received a mango habanero with cheese and... a medium Buffalo with cheese. I do not know how they ring in online orders from their own website but it is horrible. No one ispaying attention. Read more
I recently had the best service ever at a Buffalo Wild Wings at this location! It was lunch on a Saturday. The server was... friendly, attentive, and helpful. Their drummies are nice and big. There was a small mistake with one of our items (a certainsauce on the ?tot nachos??I think they?re called?instead of on the side but out server caught that before it was brought out andB Dubs fixed it/remade it quickly. I have to say that even considering that, service was accurate overall. The seasonal/limitedtime only purple Mountain Dew ?Legacy? flavor was bland and weak tasting. The men?s room could have used more moisturecontrol/ventilation on a warm, humid day. The place was otherwise pretty neat and tidy. Prices are OK. They seem a littlehigh?for the wings in particular?at first glance, but the value is actually pretty good. Read more
Service was horrible was very slow and the place wasn't too busy at the time and yet our server went missing for a long time... multiple times. Onion rings were basically cold, my kids Mac and cheese wasn't even cheesey more dry and cold. Our wings tookabout 30mins to get to us. Chips and salsa is a joke especially the salsa. Salsa tasted like (and if I had to put money on it)Walmart Great value picante sauce, not even lying. Such a shame won't be going back. No wonder the family behind us calledrequested the manager about their food and experience. We should of of left after that conversation. Read more

We love BDubs and the food is always great every time we order from this location, But today our wings we burnt and not so... tasty. Called in and they said they would refund me my money. Let?s not have this happen again as we always order from thislocation since it?s closer to home. Read more
